On July 5th I had another pleasant and beautiful morning in Tijuca National Park, this time guiding the Cummings, from the United States, on their first visit to Rio de Janeiro.

Black-cheeked Gnateater (Conopophaga melanops)

Chestnut-bellied Euphonia (Euphonia pectoralis)
Great observations of the Channel-billed Toucan (Ramphastos vitellinus), Swallow-tailed Manakin (Chiroxiphia caudata), Black-cheeked Gnateater (Conopophaga melanops), Green-headed Tanager (Tangara seledon) and Chestnut-bellied Euphonia (Euphonia pectoralis).
The Bare-throated Bellbirds (Procnias nudicollis) were also vocalizing throughout the Park area, something that is common there at this time of year.

I would like to thank my new friends for their trust in my services and Ricardo Barbosa from Pica Pau Tours for his new recommendation.
