The Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden is open from 8am to 17pm everyday except for Wednesdays (from 11am to 17pm). Entry upon payment of admission fee.

 

Main targets: Channel-billed Toucan, Rusty-margined Guan, Slaty-breasted Wood-Rail, Green-headed Tanager, Maroon-bellied Parakeet, Chestnut-backed Antshrike, Gray-headed Tody-Flycatcher, Chestnut-bellied Euphonia, Violet-capped Woodnymph, Short-tailed Hawk.
